Do I pay once or monthly?
The ISO implementation package is purchased through one fixed payment and includes 24 months of online workspace access. After that period, continued workspace access is optional and currently costs £149 plus VAT per organisation, per year. There are no per-user charges, and your Word and Excel management system documents remain yours whether or not you renew.
What is included in the package price?
The price includes editable Word and Excel documentation, implementation guidance, built-in AI prompts, portal access, progress tracking, learning resources and practical expert support.
Can I buy an integrated package later?
Yes. You can begin with one ISO standard and discuss upgrading to an integrated package as your requirements develop.
Does the package include ISO certification?
No. The Compliance Companion provides the documentation, guidance, portal and support needed to build and manage your system. Certification is completed separately by an independent certification body.
